Just Gotta Write

The events of the moment are such as have not been seen or recorded for this generation. The impact of CV19 is a world-wide-large-scale shared event that will be something that everyone who is alive and aware at this season of time will remember. Other events and tragedies, like the great depression, assassination of president Kennedy, destruction of the World Trade Center, and beginning of the Internet, are examples of other large-scale events that are remembered by everyone in that generation.

These events are such that inform behaviors and decision making. When you make a decision, as to what to do next, for example, you take into account what is going on around you, and things that have gone before. The brain forms a gestalt of the moment along with the desire to act, and the analysis is made that the decision is acceptable and it is safe to proceeed.

What does it take for things to be safe to proceed at this moment? I want to go to the auto-parts store right now. According to their add on the Internet, they are open for another four hours. Is it safe to go? Not sure because - CV19. Is it a good time to go? Maybe, others will probably be sheltering inside. Is this necessary? Yes, the serpentine belt on my mini-van is about to break. All of this is working together at this moment to allow me to balance the ambiguities, and decide what to do next.

Shall i go to the auto-parts store - or not? I believe I shall do so.

In the future, concern over disease and harm may play into each and every decision. What will the impact of such be? What are the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats associated with business opportunities that might take advantage of this new way of thinking and acting?
